First impressions of Cranfield's refreshed General Management portfolio

February 2019 saw the launch event of Cranfield's refreshed General Management portfolio at Chelsea Football Club. 50 HR and L&D professionals came together to explore the new courses, meet the tutors, discuss how to invest in the development of their organisations' high potential employees and learn how to align the different development pathways with the specific needs and challenges embedded within their own organisational context. 

Packed agenda

The day's agenda was fully packed with an introduction to the design principles of the portfolio and how it could be used effectively within organisations, a detailed look at the programmes with some taster exercises of each, followed by a review of what the barriers of using this approach could be and a look at the organisational impact of using the programmes within businesses.
