Elsewhere, he has worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, African Development Bank, UNICEF and was a consultant for a 10 year period with the institutions of the EU including the European Commission and Parliament.\n\nHe is currently directing leadership development and consulting interventions with L’Oreal, Telekom Malaysia, AirAsia, Unilever, Apollo Tyres, the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA) and Highways England.\n\nLester has written several articles and given conference presentations on the theme of management development in Europe.
