Webinar | Change Management - The Future

Written by Stephen Carver | 13/05/20 11:30

Stephen Carver, Senior Lecturer in Change Project and Programme Management at Cranfield School of Management, held an insightful session discussing what the future of Change Management could look like.

As most of us are battling the challenges of a Covid-19 lockdown, perhaps now is a good time to reflect on how the world might look after the crisis, and as managers of change, how we might help to shape it.

It is Stephen's belief that, accelerated by the present crisis, we are approaching a tipping point where three things are going to happen:

  • Firstly, there will be a huge upswing in the demand for trained change and project professionals.
  • Secondly, there will be an exponential focus on leadership instead of management of change projects.
  • Thirdly, these first two points will lead to a rapid AI led revolution in how we use change project tools.

Following the popular success of Stephen's most recent webinar Complex Times - How to deal with them, here is your opportunity to watch the recording of this 1h10m webinar.
