Overnight the World has changed. We were already struggling to keep up with change, but now suddenly, and without warning change has gone exponential - and in a bad way.
Organisations are buckling under the stress, people are feeling helpless, leaders are running out of ideas, all seems chaotic. In fact most of the problems that we now facing can be better managed - providing we accept they are complex.
Research into Complexity at Cranfield School of Management has developed a way of looking at complexity that can provide focus and forward traction in these unprecedented times and this webinar will show you the results. We are not saying that we have the answers but we are saying that we can help you find yours.
In this recorded webinar Stephen leads the discussion on how leaders of today can cope with the complexities of challenges, and be more resilient.
