The theme of the second session of the 2021 CEO Summit looked at the latest trends shaping learning and development such as edutainment, peer-to-peer learning and learning on the go.
Speakers explored how organisations have successfully maintained learning during the pandemic and the critical learning strategies that will be required post-pandemic. The session was facilitated by David Deegan, CED, and welcomed panellists from a range of businesses, including Haifa Fahoum Al Kaylani from the Arab International Women's Forum, Professor David Oglethorpe from Cranfield School of Management, David Jones from The Talent Enterprise and Pierre Kairouz from Mercuri Urval.
