Andrew then maps Richard's thoughts onto a series of competencies developed by Professor Sattar Bawany, whos research revolves heavily around competencies needed to help the next generation of leaders lead their teams through VUCA environments.

He regularly works nationally and internationally for SMEs designing and delivering highly effective theatre based learning using a combination of facilitation, theatrical techniques and role play. With his background in theatre and acting, Andrew is able to devise and deliver unique and fun development programmes, which really help your people grow and confidently deliver your business goals. He is degree level educated and holds a foundation certificate in Transactional Analysis and is an accredited facilitator for the Strength Deployment Inventory (TotalSDI).
