WEBINAR RECORDING | 1 hour
In this second webinar of six, Paul Surridge from one of our key partners Mercuri Urval, shared his perspectives on the leadership skills needed during this period of crisis and beyond. Paul explored the overlaps and similarities of several leadership competency assessments, highlighting that many of the key skills needed are ones which have always been crucial to success, and always will. He described how, rather than accessing off-the-shelf development programmes, organisations can use robust assessments to ensure that their development initiatives are tightly aligned to their strategy, and also tailored for the participant populations.
He shared examples of how Mercuri Urval data has been used at both a macro-level to inform senior leaders what is happening culturally, and also at a micro-level to help facilitators working on development programmes know just how an individual group of participants are likely to react and respond to learning. The webinar attendees posed insightful and challenging questions which generated great discussion.
