### Designed specifically for the development of owner-managers and their senior management team, Cranfield's Business Growth Programme (BGP) has been successfully running for over 30 years providing the highest level of expertise, experience and interaction to create and implement a realistic growth plan for businesses.

Why Cranfield's Business Growth Programme?

- What makes the programme so successful, in addition to structured modules and content, is the time dedicated to transforming knowledge into actions for your business, working directly with the BGP counsellors, peer-to-peer mentoring in small groups and invaluable interactions with experts and experienced business owners.
- The BGP counsellors are central to the journey and play a key role in the development – and indeed the lives – of the participants that they mentor.
