Young professionals who want to develop their managerial potential will gain momentum from the Cranfield Talent Development Programme.

Over 12 residential days and 2 reviews, participants will develop key management knowledge and develop on a personal level. By recognising and building capabilities, they will progress more quickly into management.

Structure

There are 3 modules in the CTDP

  • Accessing Managerial Performance
  • Progress Review – 3-month
  • Continuing Development Review – 12-month

 

Outcomes

You will leave the course with:

  • A wider perspective on management, business and how to make a managerial contribution beyond your specialism and role
  • A better understanding of organisational decision making and how it is influenced by business politics and social dynamics
  • The confidence to challenge influential people in constructive ways

Participant profile

Course participants are generally:

  • Ambitious managers and professionals in the early years of their career, with responsibility for the operational delivery of key areas of business
  • Between 25-38 years of age (the average being 32)
