Structure

There are 5 modules over 15 months:

  • Thinking and Acting Strategically
  • Beyond Management to Leadership
  • Beyond the Immediate Horizon
  • Progress Review – 3-month
  • Continuing Development Review – 12-month

 

Outcomes

You will leave the course with: 

  • An understanding of the many factors now shaping business
  • The ability to think strategically about your industry sector and business
  • A clear vision of how to inspire and engage those you lead
  • The skills and confidence to influence business strategy 

Participant profile

Course participants are generally:

  • Managers with significant practical experience or operational responsibility
  • Those who have often progressed rapidly to their current position 
  • Expected to take up a business leadership level role in the near future, or have recently done so
  • Between 30-45 years of age
